About the role

You will own backend systems end-to-end — from API design and content pipelines to the LLM orchestration that powers our product. Small team, big surface area. Your code goes to production this week, not next quarter.

What you’ll do

  • Design and ship features across our Next.js / Node stack
  • Build content & embedding pipelines that scale to millions of pages
  • Own LLM tooling: prompts, evals, retrieval, agents
  • Improve performance, reliability, and developer experience
  • Pair with the founder on architecture and product trade-offs

Who you are

  • 4+ years writing TypeScript professionally
  • Comfortable across the stack — API, DB, infra, frontend when needed
  • You ship. You measure. You iterate.
  • You have opinions about prompts, evals, and how to keep LLMs honest
  • Bonus: you have built or operated AI features in production

About the role

You will be our first dedicated commercial hire on the ground in the US — building pipeline, closing strategic partnerships, and turning founder-led sales into a real motion. You sell a product that demonstrably works, to operators who feel the pain every day.

What you’ll do

  • Own the US pipeline: outbound, inbound, partnerships
  • Run discovery, demos, and close annual contracts
  • Build the playbook: ICP, messaging, sequences, objections
  • Partner with marketing on positioning and field experiments
  • Bring the voice of the customer back into product weekly

Who you are

  • 3+ years selling SaaS — ideally to marketers, agencies, or SMB owners
  • You are based in the US and comfortable owning quota from day one
  • Crisp written and verbal communication — you can sell the why
  • High agency: you build the process, you do not wait for it
  • Bonus: existing network of CMOs, growth leaders, or agency owners
